Refunds

We confirm orders through the client’s custom order sheet and provide a quotation. Once they accept the production cost, we issue an invoice. To initiate production, the client is required to make a 60% advance payment, as stated in the invoice. The remaining balance is due on the delivery date or before.

Our standard delivery period is 21 working days. Regarding refunds, we maintain a policy of confirming everything about production  before the production process begins. refund will be given to the payment initiated media itself in our website

Returns

We consistently confirm all details prior to commencing production. In the event of any identified issues or errors, we retrieve the affected pieces, rectify them, and return them to clients accompanied by appropriate guidance and advisement.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
